Kevjn Lim is a PhD researcher at the School of Political Science, Government, and International Affairs at Tel Aviv University, and a Middle East and North Africa contributor for IHS Markit. His previous professional postings include Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Turkey, Israel, and the Palestinian territories, notably as delegate with the International Committee of the Red Cross. He has also traveled widely elsewhere in the Middle East and Central Asia. His work has appeared in Comparative Strategy, Israel Affairs, the Begin-Sadat Center's Mideast Security and Policy Studies, National Interest, the Diplomat, and Jerusalem Post.
