Selin Uysal is a 2023-24 Visiting Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, currently in residence from the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. Before her current role, Selin Uysal served as the Iraq desk officer at the French MoFA. Later, she joined the French embassy in Baghdad as a political and stabilization counselor. In Paris, she also worked in the French MoFA spokesperson’s team as the Middle East adviser.

Selin Uysal holds a master's degree in public administration from Sciences Po Paris. Additionally, she pursued studies at Koç University in Istanbul and the Lebanese American University in Beirut.
