Dr. Nouh El Harmouzi is the director of the Arab Center for Scientific Research and Humane Studies. Dr. El Harmouzi also teaches as a university professor at Ibn the Toufail University in Kenitra, Morocco. Harmouzi is a contributor to Fikra Forum.
