Naomi Kikoler is the deputy director of the Simon-Skjodt Center for the Prevention of Genocide at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Previously, she worked as director of policy and advocacy at the Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect and as a legal fellow with Amnesty International Canada.
