Lucas Gualtieri has served with Brazil’s Federal Prosecution Service since 2013 and is currently a member of its Special Working Group Against Organized Crime in Minas Gerais. He worked on both phases of the landmark Hezbollah-related case "Operation Trapiche" and led the follow-on investigations. He is also a master's candidate in international relations at PUC Minas, focusing on Iran and Hezbollah’s use of organized crime networks for clandestine operations in Latin America.
