Andre Le Sage is a senior research fellow for Africa at the National Defense University's Institute for National Strategic Studies. Previously, he worked in Africa with the UN, Medecins Sans Frontieres, and other organizations. He has also served as a political advisor to the Somalia National Reconciliation Conference and as a participant in other peace processes in Africa and Southeast Asia.
